The small garter is designed of 1/2" white fabric gathered in a tube onto elastic. The garter is embellished with a tied double sided 3 3/4" white satin bow with pointed petals.
The larger garter is a 2" fabric tube with the elastic inside a center casing for a ruffled effect. The large garter is embellished the same as the small garter for a matching set.
