Halloween Craft Project 1: Glammed Up Pumpkin

Glammed Up Pumpkin:

We have many choices of dramatic and sparkly trims to create Spooktacular Halloween Décor or Costumes. Easy DIY projects can be achieved with just fabric glue, measuring tape and scissors.

In just a few minutes this dollar store pumpkin was glammed up using a sequin trim. The stretch in the trim allowed it to be easily glued over the curves.

TIP: Always add an extra inch to the trim when cutting, you can trim the excess off after gluing in place or turn the ends under depending on the trim used. The simple leaf shape on the top of the pumpkin was made by cutting and folding strips of Alice Braid and then gluing to the top of the pumpkin.

TIP: Decorate several of these pumpkins to place down the center of a dining table or outside on the front porch. Customize using a trim color that matches your décor, paint the pumpkin to co-ordinate too!

Halloween Craft Project 2: Witches Hat
